Mr. Caton has more than 22 years of responsible positions in code compliance and construction inspection served within the federal military bases, city municipal sector and county fair association. Larry has been responsible for providing both contract compliance and code compliance for Navy Housing Privatization and multiple military installations at the Bangor Kitsap and Whidbey Navel Air Base Stations. While serving as a Combination Inspector for the City of Federal Way, Mr. Caton was responsible for inspecting single family home subdivisions performing wide range duties involving planning, designing, building, plumbing, mechanical, and electrical installations.
