Mr. Hayre has more than 19 years of responsible positions in project management, construction management, construction inspection and building plan review. Areas of inspection include ICC special/combination related construction inspections including quality control/quality assurance methods for aggregate and soils testing; concrete testing; asphalt testing; lateral wood framing inspection; field and laboratory testing.
He has observed asphalt and concrete mix design review and laboratory testing of raw materials used during construction. He directs and supervises all field and laboratory operations.
Mr. Hayre is proficient in reviewing drawing and specifications for planned projects as each phase is completed in construction. He also assists designers, engineers and contractor’s by interpreting a code’s application to a particular situation; explaining minimum requirement.
