Mr. Kinslow has more than 28 years of responsible positions in the code compliance, construction inspection and contracting served within the federal, state, and public agencies. While serving as a combination Inspector with HMA, Mr. Kinslow has been responsible for inspecting single family housing subdivisions for Department of the Navy, Northwest Regional Housing Privatization, performing a wide range duties involving building, plumbing, mechanical, and electrical installations. In other positions, Mike has been responsible for providing both contract compliance and code compliance for commercial sites, including aircraft hangers, and building plan review for new construction.
